Driver, Road Contractors Accused of Negligence in Crash that Killed Walton Mother, Injured Children

Ron Johnson and Jay Vaughn recently filed a lawsuit against an asphalt paving contractor, their parent company and a driver of a truck for a fatal crash on January 9, 2019. They represent the three minor children of Amy Skiba, who was tragically killed in this truck accident crash. Her 12-year old twins were in the car and her 16-year old son drove up minutes after the crash, all witnessing the death of their mother.
