Penny Hendy is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky and is a graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, State of Ohio, and many Federal Courts, including the Supreme Court of the United States.

Penny is an active member of the local, state and national trial attorney groups. She is a member of:

- Cincinnati Bar Association
- The Kentucky Justice Association (Past President/Board of Governors)
- Ohio Association for Justice
- Southwest Ohio Trial Lawyers Association
- American Association for Justice where she is a State Delegate
- Member of the Birth Trauma Litigation group
- the Medical Negligence Litigation Group.
- Penny is also on the Executive Committee of the Salmon P. Chase Inn of Court, where she is chair of the Outreach program that works with high school students interested in entering the legal field.
- She also serves on the Trial Commission for the Kentucky Bar Association.
Penny’s experience and success have included trying complex cases in the courts and successfully resolving cases. Penny has obtained many verdicts in the areas of birth injury (shoulder dystocia), automobile and trucking collisions and nursing home negligence.
