Sarah practices in Kentucky, Indiana, and numerous federal courts in the areas of defective drugs, medical devices, product liability, and personal injury.
Sarah has been an integral part of numerous high-visibility cases such as Testosterone Replacement Therapy Product Liability Litigation, Intra-articular Pain Pump Litigation, and Skechers Toning Shoe Products Liability Litigation, just to name a few.
Sarah is a member of the American Association for Justice, Kentucky Justice Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association. She serves as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee and is a District Vice President for the Kentucky Justice Association. She previously served as a member of the Kentucky Bar Association’s Attorneys’ Advertising Commission.
